  • I've lived in a CMI building for 3.5 years and have been very pleased. I've had very few reasons to call the maintenance staff (1 instance of spiders, running toilet, couple minor HVAC quirks) but when i do, they are there really quickly and very friendly and helpful. My building is very clean, secure and well-maintained. I don't know how much they have to do with the fact that all my neighbors are quiet and courteous, but they are. The office staff may be a bit brusque, but a little assertiveness always got our questions answered and needs met.
