I switched from Mountainside (where I was paying $69 a month) and moved here for $20 a month. EOS is $50 cheaper and offers a pool and sauna which Mountainside does not.
The facility is new, its clean and IT GETS EXTREMELY CROWDED. Prime workout hours, you won't find your machine. It's shoulder to shoulder the whole time. So, I often workout really late at night.
Staff has become increasingly more welcoming which is a positive sign. Showing some improvement in the customer service aspect of the gym. Good work.
One negative is they do not have towel service. They have big fans blowing to keep the place cool but with all the people, it gets very hot. Mountainside had towel service which was incredibly convenient; that way, you don't go sweating all over everything. Here, you're going to want to make sure you wipe down your bench and machines before and after you use them, you might find yourself catching ring worm from someone else's sweat if you don't.
I'm staying at EOS but if something new comes along, something that isn't as crazy as a Zoo and a joint that offers towel service, I'm switching. Otherwise, I'll pump my iron here.
