  • My husband and I just moved to Phoenix and the airbag light in my car came on and would not turn off. The issue forced me to find a repair shop promptly. I am always skeptical of auto repair shops and rarely find one that I feel comfortable with. I called around to 10 or more repair shops and Litchfield was the only one that made me feel comfortable, so I decided to give them a shot. They diagnosed the problem at no charge, spent time on the phone with me explaining the issues, and switched out my battery for no service charge. In addition, they were always kind and patient when dealing with me. My husband and I could not be happier with the service we received and will recommend this shop to anyone we meet. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that felt like they cared more about helping you than making as much money as possible.
