  • Give this office 0 stars. I have never been so upset with a service before. It takes a lot for me to be disappointed but being ignored for months regarding a serious matter is inexcusable. Filed taxes for 2014 and now this year received a letter from the IRS stating $58,000 was due within 30 days. Has been almost 2 months and it has not been resolved. Haven't received a call back, email or any communication from Robert. Made 3 appointments to meet with him and he has canceled all 3 after I was already in his office after driving across town. Would not recommend to anyone.
