  • When I first walked into this beautiful community, it was like walking into a luxury hotel. I moved in at the end of January and was happy to discover that these apartments are actually affordable for downtown living! The apartments and amenities such as the pool, clubhouse and gym are top notch! Everything is modern and high end and the light rail is right there, it's very convenient. Very close to the baseball stadium, bars, and restaurants! I have had the most interaction with Bianca and Adara and they are amazing! The entire staff has been very pleasant to interact with and very helpful. They are still in the process of making some more changes, and for the good, such as heating the pool and an easier way to get notified and pick up your packages. I would say the only suggestion or complaint if you will, is that the pool is only open until 10 pm, wish it was open later. Moving here was the best decision for me, I absolutely love it!
