  • I am trying to change doctor and I selected Dr. Peter Young for 2 reasons, internal med and speaks Chinese ! However, I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 just to be more fair since I have not even get to see him yet. But their phone system on screening our calls already make me sick ! I guess no matter which option you chose to press on the key pad, the waiting time is still 15 plus minutes and it doesn't tell you how long your estimated waiting time will be.....by the time I get someone on the phone, I may have driven to their office, tell them face to face that I am canceling the appointment and got home already ?
