  • We desperately needed new windshield wipers so we stopped to get some. We asked for help finding the right size, and bought the ones they told us to. First of all, they told us they would be able to help us install them but when it was time to do it they backtracked saying they didn't know how. Then they told us we bought the wrong size so they had us return them and buy different ones. Then it happened AGAIN! They kept handing us the "correct size" then after 10 minutes of us struggling to put it on they would say we needed different ones. The cherry on top was they told us the only ones that would fit our car was the $30 a piece one. After almost an hour of this we just returned it and went to autozone down the street where they gladly helped us and installed it for us within 5 minutes.
