This concept is cool. We did the "superman" style where you zip flat. It was a great way to see Freemont street experience. The equipment seemed safe and the process was efficient, but I am going to give this two stars for one reason in particular: customer service. I am pretty sure the people who work this attraction are paid, and applied to work there. Every employee we encountered was unprofessional, rude and acted put out when we asked for directions, and simple questions about safety. "Hey, are my legs supposed to be strapped together like everyone else's?" - its just not a question you want to be ignored 5 seconds before the ride starts (yes, they were supposed to be! No, they were not). My friend had three different people "switch out" as they were harnessing. Leaving him confused. The entire crew acted as if we should know what to do. In any case, its a 25 second ride, not a huge cost, but I wouldn't do it again just because of the experience.
