  • The first service was great a year ago. This past time we made another appointment and no one came between the given time 3-5p with no call. We rescheduled to a few weeks out and on the day they were supposed to come, nothing. Not even a call to let us know they are running late etc. 'Update' later on the same day of given appointment, we got a call confirming an appointment for Wednesday. There was a miscommunication on there end. At least the service was completed.
