  • Beautiful apartment complex. Just moved in. Has 24/hour pool and gym. The location is insanely amazing. Also it's located right behind Lux, a personal favorite of mine. It's also located right on the main Lightrail line so going to concerts and bars downtown is a breeze. There's no one above or below you in each unit so no noise. The only issue I had was move in day... there seemed to be a lack of communication. When I arrived on my move in day no one in the office seemed to know I was coming even though I had sent many emails about it. Had to wait almost an hour until someone could give me my keys. Even then, I wasn't given a gate code or a key to open the exterior gates. Also, was not told anything about trash etc. etc. There's need to be some sort of "before you move in" checklist separate from the paperwork you fill out electronically. Other than the move in day mishap, I overall love living here.
