| - We used to come here quite often, but then they did the remodel. Now, not so much. I recently visited with my family and when we approached the dessert section, the girl behind the counter asked if we needed help. I asked where the macarons were located (they've been moved since our last visit), she rolled her eyes and pointed to the macarons display. Um, ok. We took our time to decide what we wanted (these two little kiddos don't tend to make up their minds super quickly), which seemed to annoy her so I told her we would need a few minutes and I'd let her know when we're ready. This seemed more polite than telling her to stop huffing and puffing at us while we choose. When we were ready, I said "excuse me" and she came shuffling over as if we were interrupting her alone time. I told her which macarons we would like, as I watched her smash them into a container. Once we were done, she struggled to get the lid onto the too-small container, then shoved them at us and walked away. My little guy thanked her but she ignored him. It was so strange that we were greeted promptly and with a smile but when we asked a question, her attitude went from friendly to annoyed. Not sure what that was about. We checked out and paid yet another pouty associate, and left disappointed in our experience. I don't know what happened to the customer service, but a shopper shouldn't feel like an inconvenience when visiting a store. The variety and selections are wonderful, but the way we were treated makes it so not worth the visit. Disappointing to say the least.
