  • I have to be honest- I was underwhelmed by my whole experience here. The service was not good and our server seemed annoyed and couldn't crack a smile if her life depended on it- is that why they call it Grumpy's? The menu is tired and uninspired dishes are average to below average. The pancakes were very dry, with a texture that stuck to the top of my mouth. Coffee was average at best. I did like the display of local artwork hung throughout the restaurant. There are too many good breakfast joints around that offer better food and service with a smile to make me return- but who knows, never say never.
