  • Staff is great. I've been using the facility for two years now. Looking to move out asap. It's definitely a bait and switch situation. First year my rent went up 50%, 2nd year about 30%. I understand rates need to go up but 50%?!! I wonder if they give their employees 50% raises? I wrote to their main office and was told it was comparable to what others are charging. But they were not charging comparable rates when they got me in the door. And I doubt very much they will lower rates if demand drops. I would much rather give my money to local businesses.
