  • One of the main reasons why quality in services and products sucks is that they buy only from cheapest vendors without regard to quality. Accounts payable almost never pays in time. One or two people run the place as if they were czars protecting their feifdom. Anyone complaining is booted out. Yes, the place is spacious but has been neglected for too long.
