I took my son to the bookstore on January 18th at 545pm to pick up his books for this semester. He had ordered a new math book and we were told by the clerk that it was not available and they would contact him when it came in. I asked the clerk if the book was available used and she said they had many used copies available. So, I asked if we could cancel the order and just purchase a used copy. She said she had to ask the ''manager''. She went to the back and when she returned, she told us that we could not cancel the order because it was already being processed to send over from another CSN location. Well, that was a big, fat LIE. My account was not even charged for the book until 3 days later and it is now January 30th TWELVE DAYS LATER and he still does not have the book. Apparently, this ''manager'' was just too lazy to help out customers. Lesson learned.
