  • The most arrogant and unprofessional staff I've every seen. They have their rolls reversed. They believe since they work in a optical eyewear shop that sells $1400 glasses that the customers should be serving them. They are clueless what customer service is all about. I bought a pair of expensive frames and lenses. They messed up the order. Made me feel like not only was it my fault, but the glasses were fine. They were very difficult about refunding my money. Save your money and time shop somewhere else where they're willing to go above and beyond to do whatever they must do to make the customer happy.
