  • I spend close to $150 here a month with all the coffees, pastries, and breakfasts I get for my boyfriend and me every morning. The ONLY thing that kept me coming back was the taste of their drinks. It always takes at least 15 minutes to get a drink if I order anything for more than myself. Today was especially worse because I had noticed that they had served someone their coffee before mine, who's order was taken after my drinks we being started. This wouldn't have bothered me if they hadn't messed up my drinks. I order smalls every time because I like the flavor. And one particular employee there always gives me a larger size. I don't always notice because I have nothing to compare until I have my coffee in hand. Aside from that this place is also inconsistent. Sometimes I can get my drink made a certain way and other times I can't. This place is also extremely slow, which may be because they are understaffed- I don't know. They could use some help being more efficient with the people who do work there though. Sadly this place has lost me as a regular.
