  • Bit of a mixed bag with these guys. The first time I used them they sent a very effective and efficient crew. The work was done on a timely manner and the gentlemen (Mathew and Nicholas) helped in every way possible to make the move as painless as possible. I spoke with one of the managers (Devon I believe) and while he was polite I had the impression he was out more for his benefit than that of the customer. I'm not so naive to believe that most companies don't have that overall policy just don't make it so transparent that the customer can actually figure it out on their own. The second time I used this company I requested the first crew (Mathew and Nicholas) however they sent a completely different crew headed by a guy named "Corvette". The second crew got the job done but took much much longer than expected. They worked slowly and it almost seemed by design on managements part since they are all paid by the hour and I was moving from a affluent neighborhood. Bottom line. use their service at your own peril. You may get a good moving crew and you may not.
