  • My experience at Valentine Volvo was amazing. We just purchased a 2011 Honda Civic SE from Collin. Not only was Collin great to deal with but we made the sale primarily over the phone. My girlfriend is in university in Lethbridge, and I am currently living in Red Deer. Collin understood that we weren't able to make it down to see the car during the week, and helped us work around that. We discussed price, options, and specs of the car. They also took very detailed pictures of the car for us. We had a date in mind to go meet in Calgary, and the dealership also worked around that (holding the car for longer then typical with deposit) When we got to the dealer Collin was busy with selling a car to another customer/ delivering it to the customer in Brooks, so he had Ben look after us, Ben was also amazing. After looking the car over, taking it for a test drive we realized that the car was actually in better shaped the described over the phone. These two men did an amazing job with closing our sale with ease. I had 4 other cars lined up to go look at on that friday and saturday but didn't need to. With how easy the dealer made it for us we couldn't even think to go somewhere else, and we will be back to purchase from there, hopefully the same salesmen in the future.
