I was recommended to this shop by a local rider and stopped in to talk to chris. At first seemed pretty chill stand up guy.. I talked about what I wanted to get done to my Yamaha R6 and said everything was straight forward and can get done in time.. (basically a spark plug change, coolant flush, front tire, in date, outdate etc) Grand total of $500 worth of work. The unprofessionalism from this guy is unreal when the pressure is up meaning when they get flooded with bikes.. I never got updates on my bike so I would stop in for one and that's when I notice the "shade" from these guys." I don't have time to talk" I picked my bike up TWICE here! First ride home I notice coolant leaking so the cap needed replace, well ok. But I notice the fluid he promised wasn't what they used in my bike. The fluid was green and we talked about blue ice. So I took it back and chris said the cap gonna be about $40 bucks. I can see it either way. Caps go bad, whatever. Not to get into more details they promise a new cap but put a used chipped cap or even my old one but squeezed it? The final ride home and last time I will let these guys touch my baby, I've notice the gas tank was loose riding home.. Got home and started taking fairings off and checking.. Garage 7 guys put the gas tank on with missing hardware. Called to complain but I got a lot of excuses.. moral of the story is, you pay for a service not to jerked around.. I would now spend my money getting my bike maintain at the factory setting. You think you'll save money on a service but service is everything for me..
