  • Absolutely unprofessional, understaffed with horrible reps in phone department who can't answer most if any questions about the phones but can talk the entire time about how they don't care what happens because they're off in 1/2 an hr!! Horrible!! Tried to get phone exchanged due to glitch. Csr wasted hrs literally doing nothing but looking busy. And thank u Dj for telling my husband u don't want an inconvenience despite we paid for two yrs service and live down the street!! Horrible ethics and no sense of customer service!!
