  • Arrived inside at 2:08 PM; am waited on at 4:27 PM. There were three people ahead of me who also waited for service: I was fourth in line, and it took almost 40 minutes for each person to move up in line. After a wait time of almost 2 1/2 hours, I get a bunch of attitude when I say that I'd like to look at some camera lenses. Three employees helping one person. C'mon: I'm the guy who wants to buy something -- and chances are, it's expensive. One of the employees was rappin' with an older gentleman who was engaged in regaling him with some lengthy b.s. story. I don't care if the customer is a VIP, comedian, or disk jockey: when there are people waiting outside to come inside and wait in line for hours, keep conversation to a minimum, please. Guess they don't have much Saturday traffic, so no one is working to serve the public on weekends. No sale.
