| - I bought a Wag jag coupon for a one hour massage and even at a reduced cost, my trip to Unihealth was just not worth it. Firstly, customer service was at zero. No acknowledgement, no greetings nothing. Greetings were only available for Asian clients which I am not. Secondly, the massage was definitely not done by an RMT, RMT certification is questionable and I did not ask upon leaving because I was not returning anyways.I would know the difference because I have professional massages every month. It was uncouth, I was draped in towels from top to bottom and in some instances, my bones were being massaged instead of muscles. Being massaged through rough towels is not exactly pleasant. Also, the floors were dirty. After my massage, the last thing I wanted was a sales pitch by the receptionist on how I can become a member and get lower treatment fees in return. But as she indicated, I must purchase the deal then and there, not available after I leave! A very poorly organized ghetto type clinic more like a fly by night operation. Would not recommend this joint!
