  • I came in here with my husband and two daughters (both 14) to get their ears pierced. There was a young man with acne and an old man with crator face who didn't even acknowledge us as we walked through the door. The young man let me explain what we wAnted and he said ok. Crator face tells him no they have to be 16, NOT us the customers. I've never felt so offended, he was so rude for no reason. I don't recommend anyone come here. We went to the mall and pierced their ears with no problem.
