I came here during its final weeks as the Twisted Kilt, and expected to see a busy place full of people sampling various beers. I was quite disappointed to see the place incredibly lacking in customers, and the few that were there weren't getting much attention from staff, as there was a loud group of four sitting at the bar taking up their time. The staff were attentive enough to check up on us but there was definitely a feeling of relief when we said we just wanted the bill. It's now the Wallace Gastropub, which seems to have more of an emphasis on food. Passed by today and it had an a-sign advertising it's brunch menu from 11-2, sounded quite tasty. Would be willing to try again but definitely only as a restaurant, not a pub-hangout.
