Worst service and overall experience I've ever had. Four times I spoke with the general manager to schedule repairs for already approved State Farm claim. Each time I was given the same answer "let me check and I'll call you right back". Only once did this individual call me back and only so he could tell me he did not have an answer and would have to call me back. Called State Farm 4 weeks after the claim was assigned and they had not even uploaded their estimate into the State Farm system. If I could give zero stars I would.
