  • Very bad experience with this lender purchasing my new home. So many errors in all documentation!! They never found this themselves, i always had to find this. I was even asked to sign some documents with the errors due to time criticality. Very basic errors (wrong new home address, wrong new home sale price). Can't conceive of not having quality controls in place to insure this doesn't happen. Lastly, loan agent went MIA the day before closing, I couldn't get hold of him, title company couldn't get hold of him. Almost delayed closing due to more errors in documenation on his part. Beware!!
