  • Wow! To say I was skeptical at first was an understatement. I was scared of the up charging that could possibly happen just due to the fact that I am an elderly female. Happy to say my fears were put to rest almost immediately. This is an awesome service. I needed my battery changed out in my Buick. My mechanic was Milton Poole. What an awesome human being and mechanic. He made sure I was informed every step of the way. He put a meter on the battery both before and after, and made sure I was fully aware of everything going on. He also did a check on fluids, brake pads, etc, at no extra charge. No attempt to up charge on anything! Extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. I will be calling Milton again for all my minor repairs that can be handled in a garage. People need to keep in mind that these guys have minimal equipment that they are able to carry in their vehicles. So don't expect them to be there with an engine pulley on board because it isn't going to happen. For any minor repairs, battery exchanges, oil/filter change, etc this is way more convenient than taking it to the overpriced dealers for service. And I didn't have to figure out how to get back and forth without a car until it was fixed. Thanks Milton. You are one in a million. And Your Mechanic, you have an awesome employee. Make sure you take care of him because without a doubt he will be a driving force with repeat customers.
