I really love this store and I appreciate the thought and dedication put into the concept. I'm not that rich, but I always try to save and see what I can buy here when I actually visit the Biltmore. Melissa is very professional and very kind. I think she knew I didn't have much money to go for the full sizes so she gave me a few samples when I made a purchase even when it wasn't huge. The interior of the store is beautiful and the products look really unique and healthy. I wish they sold Neal Yard's organic brand!
The only criticism I have is that some of the other associates are rather intimidating and are very headstrong about their opinions, so I probably wouldn't recommend coming in with another make-up brand bag in the store because they might make snarky comments since they're all about natural products. I get that and they're probably not aware that what they say might be a little elitist or inappropriate. Their email special offers aren't that amazing because you don't really get a discount unless you spend a certain amount. So be prepared to spend a lot if you intend to try stuff out. It's a high end boutique so don't be surprised! Also I do agree some of them might be a little too insistent with buying something. I'd say if a product is great, it will sell itself and I trust what Citrine sells are decent, I just can't always afford them lol!
I definitely recommend checking this place out. It's a local business. They have a nice selection of natural products and I think there's a certain sort of "kid in a candy store" feeling when you look in and purchase a nice product. If you want to treat yourself, sister, mother, anyone, I recommend this place.
