Took clients here for lunch. If you like spicy southwestern food, this is the place for you. One of my clients even ordered a side of habanero salsa cause it wasn't quite spicy enough. Guess what?? That sauce could be considered a bit on the hot side!
Since we were celebrating an almost closing on their house, she had the mimosa, and he and I had the bloody mary. I don't normally order bloody marys, but even that was a bit on the spicy side. It was good, though. If I was into bloody marys, that's what I'd get, at least, from here. I like the spiciness of it.
I ordered my standard carne adovada, he had the corn enchiladas and she had the pork carnitas. (Or was it the other way around??)
Still love the carne adovada. It comes with rice and beans, and I added some of the habanero salsa as well. They both stated they loved what they ordered albeit he said his enchiladas was a bit spicy.
I definitely would come here again. It's my go to place for southwestern food in the desert.
