  • By far THE WORST apartment buildings I've ever lived in. Management has made it a campaign to screw with my privacy. They come to make inspections every month. This is ridiculous, sometimes they show up without giving me 48-hours notice which BY LAW is what they're supposed to do. This place has had rats, cockroaches, police visits all the time. It's truly the ghetto of East Phoenix. DO NOT CONSIDER MOVING HERE.
