  • I started my annual AC inspection hunt on Google and Yelp. My requirements were a reputable company that stands behind their work, with excellent feedback - Larson fit the bill. Sure, there were companies who would do the work for less (some more), but after reading the reviews I was left wondering kind of work that would be done for the price. I will start by saying, the administrative staff at Larson is fantastic - they are very informative and will answer any questions you have. My biggest debate was whether the standard or premium service was the right pick for me. The biggest factor in the package you choose is whether or not your coil needs cleaning (the repair guys will tell you when they get on site if your coil is going to need cleaning and you can make the decision at that time rather than guessing ahead of time). My first visit started with two gentleman, the one did a fantastic job on the blower, the second gentleman didn't quite clean my air condenser to standards and as an added bonus managed to damage some plants in the process. So Larson isn't perfect, but how they handled the situation speaks volumes. I explained my frustration to Jamie Larson who was incredibly apologetic! Jamie sent another a/c tech out to go over all the work ensuring it was to standard and made up for the damaged plant. Jamie looked after me as if I was family, which is amazing. Larson really does take customer service seriously. So the lesson here is that although everything might not go smoothly the first time, Larson will be there to the end until everything is done right by your standards. They do stand behind their satisfaction guarantee, it's not just some pretty words on their website. I would highly recommend Larson, and will look to them for my future heating/ac needs. Thank you Larson!
