  • As great as they were in the summer, I no longer go to Footer's. I had to take a dress back three (!!!) times in order to have it properly cleaned, and during that process they accidentally broke the hem in the front of the dress. So I had to ask them to fix that, and the tailor did the most absolutely disgraceful half-hearted job you can imagine. Actually only sewed 1/3 of the hem back on and left the rest unfixed. When I politely complained to the lady behind the desk, she went on an incredibly inappropriate rant about her coworker (who is really nice and not the person at fault). It was embarrassing for them and a waste of time for me. Main lesson: NEVER use their tailor!! I'm afraid of what he/she would do if given work more complex than fixing a hem!
