  • We evaluated 4 providers when we needed nursing care for my father. Brightstar and Rampi came highly recommended from a hospice nurse friend of ours, so we used Brightstar for in home needs. Their costs were comparable to the others we evaluated. Brightstar was very professional, and did a great job hiring well trained staff and making sure that you find the right CNAs for your circumstances. They also have RNs should your needs call for an RN, or graduate to needing RN assistance. They made sure we worked with 3-4 different nurses over the first two weeks to figure out who we wanted to work with and who was a good fit with our situation. We were very pleased with the quality of care my father received. Steffan and Niles were both OUTSTANDING. Rampi is very hands on, and easy to work with.
