  • Don't even bother with this company - unprofessional and a pain to deal with. The time they were supposed to arrive at our apartment on Saturday they never showed up (had said they would arrive between 9-10am). We waited for about thirty minutes and ended up calling them to find out they wouldn't be able to make it for another 5 hours due to truck problems. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt and 3pm rolled around - still nothing and had to call again. At this point my guy and I were just done with our time being wasted so we ended up getting a last minute U-Haul and moving everything ourselves, which we wanted to avoid in the first place so we wouldn't be hurting all week. Give a customer a heads up - we shouldn't have had to call each time for updates especially when it deals with being late or not coming at all! There needs to be some kind of back up plan in place so companies like this don't end up leaving customers in tough spots. I can see why this company is on Groupon.
