2 out of 4 machines being utilized and a still a huge bottleneck of service after creating the actual mixture. A line from paying to pickup (no longer) took me exactly an hour to get my ice cream. It would take a workforce analyst 10 minutes to sort this place out (and probably simply recommend hiring 1-2 more employees) but instead I've watched countless people walk in and turn right around due to long turnaround times.
Problems like these usually stem from inept corporate/management. I would recommend you stay away.
