  • You must sign up on the wait list at the door - good thing another customer told me, I'd NEVER have guessed that! The food was amazing, although yes, salty, as some have stated, especially toward the end of the bowl. I had added mustard leaf, that's very salty and will make it worse. I almost ordered extra noodles ($1.50) to compensate but was so full I just couldn't. The menu is very simple and service is quick. I'd gladly come here again... but there are so many great places to try, even in this very plaza, I doubt I'll get the chance.
