  • This was by far the worst experience i have had dealing with a company including cable companies and those are the worst. From the beginning they are of course super nice and helpful. After they get you to commit to them then it all goes down hill from there. Martine the sales rep lied about the estimates leading up to the move. Assured me they were not the final estimate and that the movers would assess the inventory the day of the move and give you the final estimate then. Of course that did not happen. The mover shows up with the highest estimate that Martine and myself went over and said here is the final price. After arguing with them for an hour finally moved forward cause at that point i don't have much of a choice. They kept saying how fast their delivery is, two weeks i wouldn't believe whatever they tell you.Took 6 weeks for me to get my belongings with no status updates other than you should get a call any day now. Finally my belongings come and all the boxes are crushed,busted open, ripped, my lamps were broken. Of course they pull the whole we cant get an 18 wheeler to your address so will need to charge you an extra 100 just to switch trucks. 100 dollars to switch my stuff into another truck that is it. No one should ever use this company. They are the worst there really is not enough i can say of how horrible this company is.
