Absolutely horrible. ..i would like to start by saying that im actually an insured healthcare provider. I was actullay directed to native health by my insurance united . I need ed to refill perscriptions and have a basic check up i made the appointment 2 weeks ago and provided my insurance info over phone when making apointment . I arrived on time filled out paperwork and comtinued to wait 30 min later i was informed that the provider was out of network....i explained that umr gave me the imformation and i pulled up website as i was log in and it also said they were providers...i called umr and was informed that they are coming up as in network...and that providers names were not showing up by this time an hr has gone by and the desk clerk asked if i still wanted to be seen ..i said yes because ive already wasted time....i can not explain how pissed i was...i asked why they dont confirm insurance before people come in and she said they always have people cancel ...im admitted to the back ..i remained in my clothes blood pressure high because im pissed ..and they allowed me to leave like that. ..im not a complainer but this shows my dissapointment in healthcare as well as the process that goes with it ...the asseement skills were subpar at best for the PA that was there and she typed more then she assessed...im glad and thankful i have no health issues ...all of this for perscription refills...dissapointment is the minimum i could come up with
