Skip the yogurt parfait. About 10min into eating this, I got the worst heartburn and tongue started tingling. Checked the ingredients, it's full of chemicals and sugar. Sodium benzoate, BHT, esters of fatty acids, red dye, etc. The fruit puree appears to be sugar and red dye with bits of fruit in it. Probably no probiotics left alive in the yogurt. Go somewhere else unless you want to buy Zantac with your breakfast. What a joke.
