  • An update after posting what I believe to be a fair review about my unhappiness from a visit a few days ago. The owner of the shop got a hold of me. He talked with me and I believe genuinely felt upset about my unhappiness. He didn't promise anything or make any outrageous remarks about his staff , me ,or the visit in general. The owner just simply spoke with me like two people should. Even if nothing becomes of my tattoo I am trying to get, the simple act of listening to my concerns has earned him my respect and 5 star review upgrade.
