Went to Signs on a whim last night and we were pleasantly surprised. The entire experience was enjoyable. The service was much more friendly than your average restaurant. The concept is great. The staff are obviously excited to be there. And learning/ordering in ASL is a nice novelty. My friends and I have traveled a lot and it reminded us of ordering dinner somewhere where you don't know the language (but are enthusiastic to learn)... And the food was quite good!
Signs is certainly a "gimmick" restaurant but the food held up its end of the deal AND it's a very "feel-good" experience. I recommend it to anyone.
(Oh. And the manager is gorgeous!)
