  • I am honestly unsure why this place has such good reviews, I had the most awful experience at this shop. I came in for a very routine oil change, all I requested was a very basic oil change...no extra service. I knew my car required synthetic oil because it is a 2017 and a sports car, but I have had two other synthetic oil changes for around $35. The guy told me their synthetic oil change would be $54, but I did not complain too much as the other places around were fully booked up and I needed to get this done. I explicitly told them that I wanted nothing but the oil change. I know how this goes at shops like this, they try to get everything out of you they can. I only have 11,000 miles on my car and am planning to get new cabin & air filters at 15,000 miles. Anyways, they said they'd get started on my car right away. I was expecting about a 15-minute oil change like I generally have. After about 45 minutes, they told me that they wanted to change out the cabin and air filters. I said no and that I wanted to get them when I went back to California for the holidays. They ordered them anyway and told me the entire service would be over $150. I said that I did not want this now as I did not need it and to just do the oil change. Robert, the manager, was very rude and unprofessional. I was really disappointed. Also, they said they did not use the proper oil filter to begin with, so they would have to get a different one. I waited over 2.5 hours for a basic oil change. I was livid to say the least. This was not waiting for my car to get in the garage, it was on the lift the whole time. Recall that they said $54 for the oil change. When I was rung up, they said the total was $76. $76 for an oil change...I do not have a foreign car, I own a Chevrolet. Definitely will not be back, can't believe how chaotic of an experience this was for me!
