Okay, I have never written a review because I know people have bad experiences and just come on here to let steam off. But I just have to say something about this Sears Auto. I will never go back! Casey who I believe is the owner or manager, knows nothing about customer service. We walked in and saw him walking back the front desk looking right at us and my bf and I both said "good morning!" He said absolutely nothing. We stood there awkwardly for like 2 minutes, then finally he goes what do you need? I said we're here for our appt at 8:00 and gave him the name it was under then more silence. Finally he puts a paper on the counter and says this is what you're looking at as he circles a total number. Then says "sign here". Never once asked me for my information or even what kind of oil change I wanted. It amazes me that someone who RUNS a business would treat a customer like this. I am in my early 20's and have never treated a customer like this and trust me there have been times when I wanted too. I've had bad days and been stressed but never once treated someone like that. Treating someone like that is what is wrong with our world. I would recommend going to get your car worked on elsewhere. Sears Auto at Arrowhead Mall is pretty good. Just a warning.
