  • I bought a Yamaha CT-1 from 1971 as my first project bike. It's been difficult because every thing that could go wrong with it has, but it comes with the territory. Most mechanics would discourage the kind of DIY that I'm trying to do with this project but Scott has always seemed really supportive and enthusiastic. I am always surprised by how eager to work this guy is! There's a kind of honesty to paying by the hour and watching him while he works that I don't think you can get a shop.
