Absolutely terrible relations with residents. It's very clear they want your money and don't care in the least once they get it.
Upon moving in, half my apartment didn't have the electricity wired - so I had no power in my kitchen or dining room. Took two weeks of calling multiple times a day to get someone to come fix it.
Following that - they're doing "renovations" everywhere. So be prepared to move into a construction site. The noise (hammering, chain saws today!, yelling from construction workers, drilling) has started at 8am and has gone well until 830-9pm. Spoke to management about that too - still no response. I did however get told they field off the phone calls - so that might be a good indication as to how much this place cares.
Every time I turn my shower on, I'm greeted by rusty water.
I will leave this on a positive note. The kitchen is pretty. That's about it. It's a shame they charge extra for short term leases - but makes sense being I can't imagine anyone wanting to stay here.
(Fortunately however, while the office won't respond to walk ins, phone calls or emails... They do have time to send an automated "rate us on how excellent your experience is" email.... )
