  • Sent us a mailer for their new Mercado Plaza location. We got x-rays etc for first visit. Mark and I both got our teeth cleaned and he got a crown. We both felt we received excellent dental care. However. One time I went for a pre- crown appointment. No one in the office. Friday. Posted business day. No sign in the door. Didn't return my call for three weeks. They had my x-rays! I didn't want to pay for them elsewhere. Finally scheduled an appointment. They claimed they had tried to get ahold of me. They had my phone #. Works for everyone else. Mark went to get his teeth cleaned. They said they didn't have anyone to do that because they they didn't know if he was coming to his appointment. He'd never not shown up before. And they did the "we tried to get ahold of you" thing. ???? He didn't go back. I got my two crowns. Called the following week for an adjustment. Scheduled at 8am the next week. Showed up at 7:45. At 8:15 I hear tech ask when the dentist will be in. The receptionist says "oh, around 9". Then looks at me and says. "Oh! We have you at 9!" Yes. I called Dr Chaffin in between all of this. He gave us each a $100 credit. Which is an empty gesture because when I call to schedule they tell me their computer isn't working. (4 times) !!and Dr Chaffin will not return my call.
