rev:text	I am so happy that I chose window world to replace my windows and doors. I consider myself an extremely particular and high maintenance Customer. I am particular because I sadly look for all the flaws before it is done and high maintenance because I not only have a difficult schedule but I have a few Windows at a time. I recently had a sliding door which was almost 4,000 dollars from a COMPETITOR which did not even close unless you used a secondary lock from the inside. It took that company a week to fix it and grunted when I pointed out the areas where the caulk and paint had a visible sheen difference. I had a broken kitchen window and I refused to go back to the over priced company with less family type of attitude. My first experience was contact through email which was adorably sent back timely by Jaimie. Jaimie and Jerry explained how the system works. Jerry comes over and gives an estimate. He measures that day or can come back and take all the measurements the day you want to pay 1/2 so they order it and the manufacturer starts the build. I thought about it and I ordered the window that the over priced competitor was trying to sell me for 3X+ what Jerry quotes me. Jerry is not the typical trying to sell you more and pushy guy. He actually looked at my door which was broken and without being unprofessional or being negative he confirmed that is should not close like that. He has so much history that he showed me what to look for and how to understand what could happen. He is a non-intrusive father. I could tell when he told he how to add weather stripping to the front door because it was deteriorating and when his son Nick came to install a few Windows. The kitchen window came out beautiful. I am not an installer myself but they explained how the manufacture sends the whole window and frame and it was easy. I have a very hard schedule but they fit me is where my Boyfriend could be there to see the job complete when I went to work. The second encounter went the same with an email to request an estimate. Jaimie is very prompt with a response. Jerry came again and measured the Windows. Since I pay each when I save money. I ordered 3 on the front of house. I had a history of all my roommates feeling their room being 10 degrees hotter. AMAZING is all I could say about these Windows. I asked for he best ones for that side of the house and it went great. I had people coming to stay in that room and Nick (Jerry's son)! who was sick called and offered to install them. He said it was my choice. I could not have been the most polite and gentle soul. He has manners and again was completely professional. Because of my work schedule, I was not going to have another time so he stuck to the plan. The 3 Windows were upstairs. The manufacture sent the Windows the same size. One is a smaller front window. We looked at the order form and Jerry did everything correct. With the new window being made as a complete new piece with the gas between the panes, I expected as told initially- it would be 4-6 weeks. It was a little less than 4. The scheduler who called was awesome. She was very accommodating. They made me a priority because it was the manufacture error. The job was completed. Nick cleaned and completed the task without any snags. My 3rd and NOT LAST is this recent order of a window and a sliding glass door. Jaimie scheduled and Jerry came over. He showed me all the types they offered and it was easy. The order was placed and 1/2 was paid for. I read a review and I realize some people. May or may not understand what they are ordering but this company made a it very clear with signed papers and descriptions. This past order was on a Time crunch. I ordered the door knowing I had a huge work party at my house in 4 weeks after the order. I checked and they just go my it in. It is their busy season and I am so BLESSED!!! The scheduling lady who works with these knew owners made moving mountains to make the install happen look like a piece of cake. I feel special, understood and excited. I am a tough customer and these guys have made me a very happy lady in an amazing house. I have about 20 more Windows needing to be replaced. I do it in a strategic manner. Honestly, you can't go wrong with this team of people! Check out my old house and simply the 2 windows in the front that have been changed..... The neighborhood is pretty jealous and my HOA approved them. Yay!
