  • Writing this 1 star review is the best part of my travel day today with Unamerican Airlines. Flying with this company is the worst decision you will ever make. Every time I fly with this company. The flights are late and delayed or just cancelled. Today we sat on the runway for 1 hr 20min only to return unload and have another hour delay. This was after a 2.5hr delay to start. On top of all of this the customer service sucks they do absolutely nothing to help you and the special service desk people are rude. Do yourself a favor and walk, bus, boat, bike or grow some flying pigs because you'll get there faster than flying with un-American Airlines.
