  • I have come here regularly (every 2-3 weeks) for 2 months & usually get good\decent service. I spend over 100$ each time I visit, so you would think these individuals would do everything in their service power to treat me good, so I can keep coming. Well I'm just so angry and disappointed that these last 2 visits I have experienced HORRIBLE service. Both times the nail techs did not listen correctly and started doing the opposite service than what I had asked for. A manicure rather than a full set, when I corrected them, they blamed it on me, saying I told them wrong. I've been given the wrong color Nails & when I asked them to correct it, THREE times she said it looked "pretty" and did not. Now tonight the nail tech made me bleed FIVE different times on different fingers, she was so rough even when I told her I was in pain. Also, its obvious they were talking bad about me for standing up for myself. Never coming here again. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because there is two ladies, and one man that work there that provide great service. Hopefully you get lucky and get one of them if you decide to go here..
